Finally...

Woot! Ok, finally here is a picture of our church! Now remember, its just like a warehouse, not bad for starting out. To us ...it is still God's House!

Another post...

Well, today I find that I'm not nearly as motivated to post as in the past. Not sure why, but here goes.

So far to date, I have lost around 45 pounds. Woot Woot! Very excited, but of course the Lap-Band is made for slower weight loss, so I am trying my very hardest to not get discouraged. But I want it to happen now! hehe I still have my moments of trying the foods I want to eat (even though I know it will be hard). I usually end up getting sick, and then of course I think to myself "Why did I even try that?" I have realized that some of the old eating habits are very hard to break! And I will admit that there are times that I wish I could just take the absolute BIGGEST bite of hamburger you've ever seen!!! Sometimes thats what I miss most. Still no regrest! I'm overall extremely happy and would recommend in a heartbeat!

Church is doing good. Over the last few weeks we have had some growth. We have anywhere from 25-35 people now! Praise the Lord! I finally did get pictures of the church, but haven't uploaded them from my camera yet. I will try to do that here in the next few days.

Family is doing well. Eddie of course still has good and bad days. But don't we all. Will try to post pics of the family.

Been too long...

Well gosh, its already almost the end of February! Wow...how behind am I in posting! Yikes!

Please forgive, but things have really been crazy.

I am do to have a fill this month or early march. So far the weight loss total is at about 43 pounds. Woot Woot! So proud of me!

I haven't had any troubles with my band, just taking it slow. I have dropped several sizes in my clothes, so now I'm noticing it, but still not seeing it. :(

Well the church is good. Continue to pray that we will grow and continue to do God's will. As I have promised, I will try to get pictures up soon!

Holiday Time

Hello everyone....
Well Thanksgiving is over, but gosh it was fabulous! My family was awesome at helping me cook and prepare, even though I didn't have that many people over. Mainly my in-laws. But still, it was worth it!

I don't seem to be in the Holiday mood yet. I have pulled my tree out of the shed, but don't have the desire to put it up yet. Ugh! I guess with the starting of the new church and having so much on my plate, that I haven't given it much thought.

Well I'm going to take a picture of the new building and post it on here as soon as we get the sign up. Now remember, its just a building. Nothing fancy...YET! he he

We have had a few other churches donate a few items already! What a blessing. We are currently cleaning the building up and getting it ready. We should be moving around the first of January. I'm so excited. I'm ready to grow!

I will receive a fill (for my lap band) this Friday. I will post early next week how much weight I have lost. Soon I will post pictures. (posting pics of myself is hard for me to do...)

It snowed over the weekend. Not a lot, but a dusting. We are expecting more tonight. I absolutely love it. Until it turns all yucky!
